Restorative Tune-Up Presentation For Seattle Study Club
Glen Ferris MDT, CDT gave his “Restorative Tune-Up” presentation to Dr. David Gilbert’s Mount Baldy Study Club in Upland on Thursday evening, April 5th. Glen’s program details a practical protocol for dentists in achieving consistently stellar results with their restorative cases. A broad range of crown and bridge, implant restorations including hybrid dentures and Zirconia bridges, direct attachment over-dentures as well as best practices for crown and bridge and complete denture cases were thoroughly covered.
Attendees learned how to grow their practices through a practical approach to effectively treatment plan, provisionalize and deliver a wide variety of fixed and removable prosthetics. The presentation included a discussion of sound occlusal principles, along with practical techniques for using photography, diagnostic wax-ups, effective communication techniques with the technician and material selection to optimize these cases. An introductory discussion of digital smile design concluded Glen’s presentation.
A special “THANK YOU!” to Dr. David Gilbert (Study Club Director), as well as Heather Martin and all of our friends at Nobel Biocare for their co-sponsorship and additional support of the program.
